The sides of the two boards retain the original shape of the trunk highlighting the millennia of natural aging. The two parts are joined by inserts in statuary Carrara marble. The finish is with water-based waxy oils that do not alter the original colour.
The C14 carbon dating certificate enhances the uniqueness and authenticity of every piece.
