The cabinet is the product of the extraordinary and unique Garzitto family timber business in Italy. Over the last 60 years, the Garzittos have quite literally carved out a singular niche in the luxury design industry, utilising their unmatched understanding and passion for fossil oak, with its everlasting beauty and excellent environmental credentials.

From fossil oak preserved in soil for thousands of years, Teukho selects wood pieces and creates furniture with as little alteration as possible to the original colours. Working with the grain and shape their intention is to retain the beauty and create furniture and accessories with modern forms.

Trigonos is a cabinet with a design that incorporates elegant triangular joins that help capture different tonal qualities. Available as a three or four-door piece in either light or dark wood tones.

Both state-of-the-art and yet of such antiquity, a C14 carbon dating certificate authenticating the wood is supplied with each piece of furniture.

With no loss to existing woodland and a production environmental impact near zero, Teukho makes a statement and relates a fascinating story for anyone looking for sustainable luxury.
